The importance of grassing
Our idea of viticulture: a non-invasive practice in which human intervention in natural processes is kept to a minimum. This is why, wherever possible, we have preserved woodland, promoting perennial grassing in the vineyards: a triumph of life, of diversity and of natural wealth.
Ours is a work of artisans. Each bottle of wine is picked up at least six times by a member of our family before leaving the cellar. We have no external oenologists or agronomists. We try to interpret each vineyard with our family's experience alone.
A zero impact winery
In the same way that we choose the path of “doing nothing” in the vineyard to leave space for nature and biodiversity, we want to minimise the ecological impact of all the production processes in the winery.
